Nothing is debunked, maybe it isn’t TDS selling. Not having a verified TA or a current share structure there’s no way to know for sure what it was. It’s amazing how all the answers are known and everything about TDS can be “debunked”, yet in over 7 months they haven’t released one PR, updated the TA, listed a share structure or done one filing.

I’ve been investing in the OTC markets for decades, T trades are almost always dilution. Let’s save the debunks when actual information is shared.
