MZKR: 8K/A out, there is the change of control, I thought it was unusual that no shares had actually changed hands in the original 8K, Ranko Mikulic now the majority shareholder.

I'm not entirely sure who this is, but it's possible they could be a large shareholder of Excellence Health Group Inc, the parent company of Instadose, as I see a Katarina Mikulic listed there.

On October 9, 2020, the majority shareholder of the Company, Mr. Sukhmanjit Singh, entered into a stock purchase agreement with an accredited investor (the "Purchase Agreement"), Ranko Mikulic, to sell an aggregate of 50,000,000 shares of common stock of the Company, which represents approximately 75% of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of the Company.
