I've been holding too, but nobody knows what's going to happen. If we knew, we'd be getting second mortgages on our homes.

There are absolutely no guarantees. I hope you're right, but we just don't know. Plus, a lot of those that sold at 4s and 5s may have bought at 1s and 2s. I can't fault people for taking that big of a profit.
