bala, I am not sure aboutt he food services split off yet. If we actually get the $4-5,000,000 for it and it is mostly cash, it would be great news. If we either come up far short of the $4-5 and or we get mostly shares of stock rather than money, the news won't be that great.

In other words, if we get the payment via shares in another pink sheet stock, most the shareholders will get very little real value with the deal by the time allis said and done.
