The best I can gather... Allied Corp already trades in the OTC, but in their filings, they show they shared resources with Inca Hemp. The NV Inca Hemp is an Inc., while the Canadian company listed in the Allied filings is a Corp. BUT that is the only Inca/Allied connection I can find anywhere and makes sense.
