here's the IDEA that Nick has made clear in the past https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=153951772 that would pave the way for DIVIDENDS right but until recently it has been difficult for partnering parties to agree to this thinking ( make economical sense of it) cause they could not get a big enough stake in a Business to make it worth while
so here's what's happening now

this is a big deal and huge concession to be clear I am no fan of author of that site but this is very critical info they are falling apart at the seams and are now taking the position of any deal is better than no deal Good news right
