So has there really been talks of share buyback?? And if so, how legitimate of a claim is this??(knowing the people involved with this stock)

This is one of the biggest jokes in the OTC.

I've see "share buyback" said literally 7.2 quadrillion times about OTC tickers.

It's ALWAYS a rumor that wishful dreamers made up to drive up PPS.

Maybe there's been an exception or two.

Maybe there's a legit OTC company not in the red, who are actually selling product, signing contracts, and pulling in some profit, who are seeking to truly move up in the world and reward their shareholders because that's actually a concern of theirs. (that's rare!)

Maybe.

I'm not even sure CEO's are allowed to announce a buyback before it happens so if that's true, how would anyone know???

Share buyback? That's one of the biggest LOLs in the OTC!
