I'd love to meet you guys, too. I'll be happy to show you around. The buddy I've been staying with has room. I have been volunteering for the last several years to help at the Memphis in May thing, and really enjoy it. Maybe I can crash on you guys this spring for a couple of days. I'd like to visit our investment over there, too. There's a lot to be said for real "boots on the ground" DD. Things often look different in person from how they appear in pictures and PRs.
