interesting find, he is the owner of PowerUp Lending which is the toxic lender in a number of my penny stocks. How he came to own LUVU must be thru lending, but that totally goes against his model for the lending piece. Interesting, I 'd have to go back and look at the filings to see how he got involved but the fact that he is holding is a miracle to me.
