People here seem confused regarding Titan's intentions. If you really want clarification, then call Titan's Investor Relations. It is my understanding that Titan will have CE mark in Europe before the U.S. FDA because the FDA requires "live" human studies to be completed before “510(k)”. Read through the info on their website, it's really quite clear.
