That's interesting. The RA since 2016 just up and quit.
According to the RA resignation filing that was posted on October 7th at the Wyoming SOS, they sent MEDH a resignation letter in August.
The question is why quit? Why walk away from easy money?
The most likely guess would be because MEDH hasn't been paying them.
The fact that MEDH didn't pay their 2020 taxes on time and never hired a new RA (which is why the state of Wyoming dissolved the entity) supports the no money theory.
There are some less likely reasons, like possible the SEC has been asking questions.
If the SEC is doing any digging into MEDH, hopefully they also dig into BLLB, LEAS, DIGI, AHII, and BRZV more too.
