This PR will most likely be the companies excuse for doing nothing and will probably only be used to give them more time to dump more shares. JMHO
I can hear it now. "We are waiting for all the paperwork to be brought up to the SEC'S requirements so we can file electronically so we can move forward with the company"

there is no "objective truth"--only patterns of probability. "Matter" is seen as an illusion of the senses.
