How long does it normally take to conduct an audit? Three quarters seems like plenty of time. If it takes a year or more, I can see them getting farther and farther behind instead of catching up and getting it done. I'd like to see some paid invoices showing that some progress has been made, at least. It wouldn't cost anything to provide that information. Next time you talk to Ed, I would appreciate knowing what he says about that idea. But then again, he won't ungag the TA, so maybe we are just mushrooms, after all.
