You (and others) remind me of a child that needs mommy and daddy to do something to make them feel happy and safe. Grow a pair, will you?. All the info you need to form an opinion on the outcome exist here and on other sites. I look at these legal battles as something like a chess game. Some good moves, some not so good. Like any battle this size, and of importance, and number of entities involved, it is very complex. Just like chess, it may look like your losing, but just with the right moves, or the enemy's wrong move, checkmate! I don't think anybody here believes a good Trump outcome is a lock. I believe, at this point he has a good chance to prevail. No I'm not going to spell it out for you. But, please don't come here and start crying for someone to make you feel all warm and cuddly. Don't look for another response from me, not worth it.
