What's-up with calling actual Cox indictment false?

I am not deceived.

Indictment actually happened. Cox was charged.

100% factual.

"One of the men indicted, "owns a cell phone company," operating in Oklahoma."

and

"One of the men indicted is Kevin Brian Cox, the owner of True Wireless which we've reported on here in Oklahoma for allegedly breaking the Lifeline rules."

and

"While its owner, Cox, is named in the federal indictment, his alleged crimes are connected to a different company."

The federal government's newly assigned DOJ lawyer gave Cox a free pass.

But the Court did censure Cox so that he was never allowed to manage True Wireless again (although he was allowed to maintain True Wireless ownership).

But of course Brian Cox later did violate that Court order anyway.

Cox later provided and sold SurgeWireless cell phone service and plans under the seemingly independent SurgeWireless, a name and company as hidden as an offshoot actually and under True Wireless.

True Wireless still owned by Surge Holdings Inc., that has just recently been renamed to SurgePays Inc.

Cox is a scammer who violated the Court's order. Fact!
