I was thinking: If they do in fact have audited finacials, buyback results, and a move to the otcbb coming - Why resign as ceo? If he was fired - why fire him just before the all his work comes to fruition?

These guys have their shares to sell and they want us to buy them. I have reduced my position by 1/2 to protect what is still mine. I will not buy another share and help to support the share price for these crooks. If I see one more share added to the OS I will sell the other half. If everything they have done is completed, why e-mail the shareholders to tell them? Why not just release a PR? I will file the latest e-mail right next to the one I got in September saying the buyback was nearly complete, and behind the blank e-mails I never got when I asked how many and who was on the board of directors.

What is going to happen to the 15 million shares abe bought on the open market?

Sorry if this sounds like bashing, but it is showtime FGFC - we have heard all the talk.
