Agent with all due respect I think venting should be allowed...look at the chart, it doesn't look like something people should be cheerie about...John ended a message to me and said "Cheers" I wrote back and told him what exactly makes you think adding cheers to the end of your message is appreciated? LOL! than added what exactly are "you" so cherrie about?
