Um ok, yes that is what all reports are for all companies for the periods listed.

However, none of those reports include Velocity information.

Here is what the company stated in their own words in the capital asset PR

"Most of the Company’s growth to date has occurred in off-balance-sheet entities. Financial results for these entities will be included in future disclosure statements once the Company has completed the transition to its new ERP system and made appropriate adjustments to its financial results for GAAP compliance."

So they already hinted that the operations of Velocity would not be reported until they were ready to do so
