for what it's worth, i got a reply from IR as well in regards to some pissed off emails i sent.. he basically said the company stands behind everything they've said and everything they promised will be finished soon...including, BSM.com, financials and the buyback and retirement of shares...
can't believe they replied...not worth it to sell now...going down at the helm...
