That is until the company(LT) came out and stated that PREFERD and COMMON shares were equity....... THEN and only then was that mantra ""CHANGED TOO COMMON EQUITY gets it all years of EQUITY gets the estate had to change to COMMON SHAREHOLDERS guess it didn't work anymore after the LT called both EQUITY!!!!!!!!!!
