What has the Company been doing the past 18 months, if not finalizing company mergers and acquisitions? That was your 1 and only operational directive. You can't do anything else until until completing this. Why did you even buy this shell? Your investors expect progress.

GRN Holding has begun the process to retain a nationally based auditing firm to support the upcoming activity to finalize company mergers and acquisitions. We are also continuing to evaluate our legal team structure and will look to diversify our support in this area in the coming new year. This will be an exciting time for us, and we are looking forward to expanding our support team.
