where can i go to see if my name is on the list??

You can't see the NOBO list. Only the company can order it from ADP. ADP compiles these lists so that companies can send shareholders proxies and annual reports and the like. NOT so they can publish the lists (as Rufus Harris did), or use them for other purposes.
