When the institutional money gets their analyses and committee approvals CVLB will rise to much higher levels. In the meantime traders took profits from the last few days and are now trading around spikes early in the day. In pre-market trading CVLB spikes up to north of $9.00, only to be shot down. This will modulate when the institutional money starts wading in.
