They are Form T trades. They are “settlement” trades not an actual trade taking place at that time.

Blocks of shares are given to a market maker to sell throughout the day. Often huge blocks that might effect the pps dramatically if sold in one block so it is sold off in pieces. The price you see represents the average price minus the commission the mm would charge.

The question one should be asking is whose blocks are they - funders? Insiders? Promoters? Awarded free trading shares? It ends up being a form of dilution in most cases.


What I find interesting on this stock are the number of premarket form T’s Usually you see aftermarket settlements. Perhaps the huge volume being traded is causing them to spill over into premarket? Or a certain market maker is late recording the settlement trades from the previous days trading who is handling multiple accounts.
