OK, I'll take a whack at that one. I'm guessing that we will have news from the OSC as soon as Thursday but maybe sooner, depending on the outcome.

Some of you have asked me via PM what could Petar, Steve, Andrew say to combat the improper distribution of shares issue. I'm guessing that they will probably say they simply made a mistake (no kidding) and the OSC will probably give them a nice fine to make sure they don't forget it next time. That's pretty much how I see it.

As far as the PWC KPMG issue, they say they have documentation from Econometrics that will show that they were going to negotiate with PWC and KPMG to work on SLJB's audit as stated in their pr. If not, another nice fine to make sure they don't forget next time.

As far as the ME situation, they either have to show proof of the deals or they are going to get them on that too. Another fine if they are found guilty of this to make sure they don't forget next time around IMO.

It will just keep costing more and more with every little lie they are caught with. I do not think anyone will get jail time. But that's just me. I know I'm being a little sarcastic. Please forgive me.

At this point it's anyone's guess but one thing is for sure. Next week will be like the week before the AF's we are still waiting for. The only difference is that now the pressure is really on!

Right now the company is innocent until proven guilty.
