My expectations for this call were exceeded simply because of the fact that we are now at 371/390 for FULL phase 3 CD-12 enrollment. This is HUGE news. Pairing this with the ICD-10 code given to Leronlimab this week, we are sitting just fine with FULL enrollment expected to finish by the weekend.
Yes, data analysis might take some time, but at least we will have a completely finished phase 3 trial readout. The FDA, or other countries equivalent, could potentially give us the green light of EUA before that readout based on the 195 interim look, phase 2 mild/moderate (statistically significant NEWS2 data) or 70+ EIND patients with published papers.
