I have heard ZERO rumors about the potential merger buyer, other than that the accelerated pieces point towards something already being in the wings. Who have you heard that from?

However on that topic, can anyone explain who a company looking to buy a shell would want one like this SPECIFICALLY? I mean it's not like Lazar doesn't have other clean shells to sell.

Hell I'm still holding on that had their merger deal fall through in PFMS.
