EPD 27 dollar share price is realistic, even conservative.

Even if the dividend stays the same (and EPD has a long history of increasing the dividend!) a 27 dollar share price would still yield the investor a safe 6.5 percent yield. (2.78 annual dividend divided by 27 projected share price = 6.5% dividend yield).
