I second that thought but like to remind others that AF's are being driven to completion with a named CFO and auditing firm.

Spiegel has not yet accepted the job. Did that slip your mind?

Lemme get this straight...and no offense to snips007...but he was the one who stated that on the board that Spiegel took their financials under review and stated that they were considering doing the audit.

It doesn't slip my mind you want to be known as a crusader for investors alerting them to the risks of their investments.

So why would you quote a banned poster, when you could pick up the phone and make that call for confirmation yourself.

Wouldn't you be doing that kind of due diligence yourself considering your desire to come on the board and imply that there was something inaccurate about my statement.

What exactly is it that you do?
