I understand your sentiment. This is the OTC after all. All of the "keep this place truthful" talk is unnecessary, though. You could've listened in yourself but you didn't.

I actually asked the judge myself to clarify if the release for STHC would be granted and she said yes. You don't have to believe me, it will not change the outcome.

Just wait and see for yourself, then :)

To that point, I also spoke with the clerk asking when the docket reports are usually updated and she said not impossible for it to be same day but sometimes takes a day or two if they are backlogged.
