My feeling is that SLJB will get off with a small fine and reprimand.

If there is wrongdoing proven, and "they get off with a small fine a reprimand", which probably wouldn't be much of a deterent to them using the same tactics in the future, do you really believe that the market will have the level of confidence in the wrongdoers, if left in management of the company, to bring the stock back up to that level, at least in the short term?
