The same for the warrants. Have you ever known a pharma company in this stage that could do all steps without money? LoL
BRTX is in talk with miltiple partners but if the deal is not what they want, they also have the possibility to do phase 2 themself. They don't need a partner.
Every day will add value to the company, converting the warrants will add more value than the diluting happening so stop scaring people.
The company now has no debt, starting phase 2, has patents worth over 100mil dollar (YES THEY HAVE) if they go current even worth more, BRTX will soon be current, has a multi billion dollar product in the pipeline, is in best position and shape ever, has the best people (mr. ALSTODT) in the right place. Moving in the right direction very fast, taking all the right steps and creating value for the company and stockholders.
