The question I think is more along the lines of : did they request to be in class 19 or was it necessary to meet a certain condition for the payouts for 19’s and 22’s ?
Irrespective of that nuance , the fact that Bop is requesting compensation in class 22 shares is an assurance that all 3 classes will be paid well .
