Actually, it looks like only - https://www.so-low.com/cryogenic-storage this freezer from the so-low products is based on liquid nitrogen. But is more of a liquid nitrogen tank where temperature cannot be modulated.

All the other products, even the Thermofisher products seem to be compressor based. - https://www.thermofisher.com/us/en/home/life-science/lab-equipment/cold-storage/lab-freezers/ultra-low-temperature-freezers-minus-80.html

But that being said, ThermoFisher is a very well known company so they will definitely have a lot of sway in the decision making of the government. And not sure how big of a disadvantage it is to simply have a ultra-low freezer that is compressor based vs liquid nitrogen based.
