Yes, DeVries' frauds have devastated the lives of thousands of families, no doubt about that.

This man (and his little gang) are truly the scum of humanity, the type of white-collar criminals who plan to harm others on a massive scale and deserve to spend the rest of their lives in jail, with no possibility of parole. But based on what I have seen of the SEC with other large-scale scams, I do not believe that agency will do much to bring us justice. But there are other agencies (ending up on the Interpol database is no picnic, changing identity is always possible but it has become much more difficult with the new passport encryption standards, and you are ALWAYS a hunted man) and other types of justice. One can only get away with such crimes for so long.

He has gone way too far but oddly enough, he still does have a way out. If he's half smart he could quietly move say, 10 million back from his offshore accounts and have Petar Vucicevich and the Sulja crew roll that into a new shell which SLJB would acquire and merge with. You'd have a new symbol, new assets, a pps around 15-20 cents, and if things were verifiable (this time) he would get most people off his back. I believe there was some kind of rumor recently about such a merger (no doubt spread by people planted here or cleverly used by PV) and I believe it was no accident. Whether they were just testing the waters or not remains to be seen.

Beam me up $cotty...
