You say the company was never asked to submit anything to the OSC. Why do you suppose that was? Probably because someone ratted on the con men and the OSC already had everything they needed. The OSC doesn't halt trading in an entire province based on a 'hunch'
While I see this statement "there is a real possibility that I was lied to and I know this" as a real breakthrough for you, don't expect to get ANY answers for weeks if not months of the OSC hearing, unless the SEC decides to halt trading too.
