I can do the tuition
and that was seriously low (unless you are old like me and went to a STATE school were taxes paid so much my tuition for a year was 400 total (and I still took out NSDL loans and campus paid jobs)
should not be 25%
but that makes it about 12% of total cost
and if you cut that in half by pushing competition or however - it comes to 5-4% of total cost and likely that % of profit or greed or waste or corruption or self interest or monopoly power is built into everything
that is a price for a free market system
(the corruption in most socialist (true GOV ownership and decisions !!) societies is likely 5X that - to include the bribes to get in front of the line
(and as we know -- people here paid boatloads to get in )
