It appears the pump & dumps are making the rounds on penny stocks, although I don’t believe the Zoyes gang would let anyone pry their fingers off having ultimate control of ATYG. As I understand, the pumps begin on social media like Twitter, FB, etc. where it’s frontrun, accumulated, and then released as a "pick". Then the frenzy begins. The p&d typically isn’t sustained, and the stock goes back to where it once was.

Good luck to everyone to get out if the situation becomes apparent, if that’s the goal.
