I’m still not sure how one could describe any of the buying since August as a pump and dump, when there literally hasn’t been a single piece of news from this company in 5 years. Usually pump and dumps involve some kinda PR with sizzle like blockchain or marijuana or a reverse merger or something.

All I’ve seen the past 6 months is over a billion shares bought up on the down low without any PR scheme. Which I consider pretty bullish
