1. Exercise daily (at least 30 minutes)- 50 min (30 bike/20 walk) 2. Drink more water - 36 oz 3. Diet - consume less than 1500 cal a day - 1375 (guessing on the lowfat/sugar free yogart...clueless on that one) 4. Complete a project - 2 rows on afghan 5. Read more - 2nd chapter *yawn was boring* 6. Reduce # of diet cokes until zero (presently 3+ a day) 1 7. Spend less/save more- spent $99 on new wireless thingie for laptop but don't think that's the issue. I think it's finally going to meet its maker .... Hate Dells!! 8. Have more patience with children - walked on Franklin St with kids after drs appt. 9. Work on family - kids now not minding project hour (they're seeing the progress of their work 10. Bring up GPA - need new laptop by next week or may have an issue (there goes not spending)
