Gabor Acs - befuddled drug-addled pennyscammer, ex-ThePennyKing.

The one who drew Talieh Safadi, Ochoa & Mataras into this dried out husk of an ancient scam, and the one they hijacked it from.

I don't think any of longs here have ever addressed the negative issues raised about TLYN. I'll summarize, and maybe somebody can prove me wrong:

- Who's actually working for the company? TS and Ochoa? Anybody else? What track record do they have with business, software, product development, marketing ... Why on earth does anybody think these people might be able to successfully design, develop, market or support an enterprise software product in a fiercely competitive space?

- Did TS tell any of the people who talk to him about the SEC deficiency letter which TLYN surely received? If not, why would you trust anything he says?

- I & others have pointed out major deficiencies in the SEC filings they made in Aug/Sep last year. Don't you care about this?

- Ditto re the purported "new product" documents. The original ones TS posted were obviously old, old collateral from TLYN's failed 2001-vintage product. Not a big issue? Against this negatvie indication, what positive evidence is there for any new product? What positive evidence that any enterprise customers care about Telynx?

- What's the pay-off? If anybody did want to take this company out, they would obviously do it via the Series C prefs, which have almost all of the equity value & almost all of the voting power. Anybody wanting the company would do a deal with Safadi & Mataras for the prefs. Why would they offer you a dime for your common stock? If the pay-off isn't a take out, what is it?

Anyway ....
