Why a pump and dump? The original story has been the creation of a clean shell that could have a party interested. Not only has XMET stayed on path, it has been moving along the path with alacrity. No, big PRs coming the company. It is the Penny World with no guarantees, but it doesn't have a smell of a P&D --- to me at least. Sticking to when the new occupant of the shell is announced.
