They refused? So you talked to them? I doubt there is any first hand knowledge here on what their intentions were beyond what was done. If they were a pump & dump, they would be long gone by now. But instead, they found another way to get this done. I still hear from IR and they still want their MSSV shares too. Remember, MSSV issues the shares DIRECTLY to Lans. For us to get ours, we need Lans to distribute them to us (former LAHO shareholders)

Anyone willing to go this far is not a scam. Scamers would have capitalized on the SEC delist, and disappeared right there.
