Can't believe there is still wasted time here on legal? If there was ANY evidence of fraud, that would have come out by now. These guys got caught jammed by the SEC, and spun the deal to another vehicle, period. Seems pointless to me to talk of lawsuit in one post, and then say no returns will ever come of this in the very next. Meso will file their 10k, and Lans will get MSSV stock, that I know. What PPS will be when the dust settles, that is the $10M question...
