I recall you did predict that. It's possible but wouldn't it make more sense after a favorable 101 decision? The sticking point for me would be why would MSFT settle and then the case be derailed due to a bad 101 decision? I would think after the 101 anything could happen. So you think more news soon? We are kind of overdue for the 101 decision or are you thinking a settlement?
