Somewhere in the 35 thrown out lawyer shit lawsuits is the reason and ticket for tRump to get to the supremes, his only reason for the whole shebang.
I know I've seen totally frivolous cases make it to the top shelf, I don't have links but it's happened and I believe tRump is convinced if he gets to that top court he will win in some way.
I don't think there is any other reasons for the stalling and constant tying up the courts but to position for the final battle. The last year of appointments, the last appointment of the republican bitch in such a way that can be illegal by rushing and voting when people couldn't make meetings. The repubics assholes rushed her in so she would be there in time to vote on the election work in December. If they had waited til after, she may not have had in the number of days allowed to vote. Something about being there so many days after appointment. No one ever was appointed as shockingly fast as the repubic bitch.
I think it was mcconnal himself who stopped an Obama dem appointee months before an election by saying it was too close to election and they shouldn't vote until after that election. This I believe is true and proves what an absolute crook and piece of shit mitch truly is.
