Ombowstring - yes Vit K2 is an interesting Vitamin ..and extremely important imo ..

I did research about it for myself for the last 10 -15 years , and from my reading , I believe one will not overdose , one of the more safe ,,, and the more Vit D3 one take the more Vit K2 is needed .,

But this is just my research , and my opinion...

IMO only ..
