Nsure Inc (DE) out of Florida is an interesting deal. The cast of Officers is impressive and battle seasoned.
There’s a carbon copy of Nsure up and running in Australia.

Nsure’s (DE) valuation is easily $150m. I don’t understand why Reli would invest in Nsure at all. It’s way over priced. It’s only live in a few USA markets. I guess Ezra’s plan is to arbitrage the Nsure lead creation with acquisition of 140 agency / offices looking for new leads and get in the spread.
I guess 5minute insurance website could be a white label of Nsure’s mouse trap .

Which dovetails to the next issue. Is RELI planning to use 5minute web site ‘instead’ of Nsure or ‘as well as ‘ to derive new leads? Will there be other web drivers employed to creat or sustain new lead creation?

Q. Who will manage the 5minute business?
A. Can’t be the noobs, they can’t manage actual real business.

Q. What the heck does RELI know about internet marketing?
A. Probably close to zero. But they will hire a noob from the ranks
