This is true, but we will not have access to Nasdaq or NYSE without some kind of RS , .45 is max pps here in the OTC (with 40M revs), and that is not enough for major exchange, not even close. RS is not always a bad for shareholders, especially when it's done correctly and for the right reasons.

The share price will correct itself.
