I hope the other one (BDO USA) didn't give you improper advice. Although BDO kind of sucks anyway, IMO.

Do they need to do any on the ground DD? If there are any more delays, I urge you to file the unaudited financials immediately, as disclosed in the latest 8-k. Thank you.
